Before You Buy

1. Every piece is hand made and made only once. A certain item may have multiple color ways but identical items will never appear in the same color way. (exceptions apply)

2. Check your fit BEFORE buying. Each item has a fit listed in the product description. If further measurements are needed please fill out the Contact form BEFORE placing your order. 

3. Prices are FINAL. Price is determined by the amount of time spent as well as material costs. Some items may be discounted due to flaws* but “flaw discounting” will be applied before checkout and will not be adjusted after shipping. 

4. Handmade pieces are made by human hands. Quality is guaranteed but if after receiving your item, you find flaws please use the Contact form to see if you qualify for replacement, repair or in extreme cases refund. Unless your claim is accepted ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

5. ALL HANDMADE PIECES HAVE STRICT LAUNDRY RULES! Hand made pieces are luxury items that require more care. Unless otherwise specified ALL handmade items are to be HAND WASHED and laid flat to dry. If you like risk*, items may be machine washed on delicate with like fabrics and tumble dried with NO heat. 

6. COMMISSIONS CLOSED. Honey will not be taking commissions for the foreseeable future.

7. Shipping is always free! In order to keep it that way, Honey uses low cost shipping options. If you need your product ASAP please fill out the Contact form BEFORE placing your order.

*Flaws include stains, unfinished ends and construction failures. Flaws DO NOT include stray hairs, lint or user error resulting in destruction. 
*Items that were machine washed do not qualify for flaw repair or replacement.
